attended a 6-week Service Learning Program at ICU Japan
May-June 2006.
Ms. S. Vijayalakshi III UG has
been selected to attend a 3-week program at Oberlin
College, USA on Environmental Program - January 2007.

Chemistry successfully completed Summer Research
Fellowship during May/June 2007 at Indian Academy of
Sciences, Bangalore
Ms. P. Priyadarshini
of III UG successfully completed Summer
Research Fellowship during May/June 2007 at Jawaharlal
Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific
Research, Bangalore.

Dr. Mrs. A.Mercy Pushpalatha -
Currently working on a minor Research project awarded by UGC.
Dr. Mrs. V. Sridevi was awarded a summer research project sponsored by
Indian Academy of Sciences - May-June 2005; Has
completed a minor research project awarded by UGC.
Mrs.Geetha Sivasubramanian has
been awarded Ph.D in 2007.The department has been making and
supplying chalk crayons to the college for the
past 15 years.
